The Chilworth Construction Management team provide a transparent and hassle free approach to the management and completion of major construction projects in the UK and Europe.
Our unique approach means we get our feet dirty, we work on the sites as our clients's civils technical team and we help save costs and resources safely.

The Chilworth Approach
The Chilworth approach to construction management ensures that from a Client perspective the project comes first in a way that traditional construction methods do not. Our approach allows for greater project control, effective risk transfer, design flexibility, early project start, and commercial advantage.
Risk Management - Put Risk in its Place
We believe that project risks should be held by those best able to manage them. Design risk lies with the designers, construction risk lies with the constructor, process equipment risk lies with the process designers. We manage this transfer of risk, resulting in a removal of conflict between parties as we focus the team on the common project goal.
Design Flexibility - Freedom to Change
Chilworth can provide valuable input during the pre-construction phase, and draft the design programme and cost plan. During this phase, and the construction phase we work with the client to identify further design improvements, and adapt the construction programme accordingly.
Commercial Advantage - Client Partnering
The Chilworth Approach allows for projects to be started earlier, with the client retaining control over budget, design and programme. This approach ensures the project out-turn cost is lower, with no main contractor overhead and profit claims. In addition, savings identified through design improvements accrue directly to the client.
Our Project First Philosphy
Chilworth provide all the resources of a Main Contractor. Our Project First philosophy avoids traditional client/contractor conflicts which can be caused when clients wish to minimise costs while contractors wish to maximise profits.
The Project First approach looks to ensure the Client and Chilworth achievecomon goals, the Chilworth project delivery team acting as an extension of the Clients management team.
The Chilworth services are designed to work in partnership with the Client from project inception to completion, or any stage in between. Our open book approach ensures the Client is always aware of project costs and progress against programme. The services outlined below are offered individually or as a a package of services.

Chilworth is owned an operated by its Directors, who have extensive complimentary experience in the formulation and completion of major construction projects.
Chilworth was incorporated in 2009 to provide the construction industry with an alternative approach to the delivery of major construction projects tin the UK. We quickly recognised that traditional procurement routes for clients left them frustrated with the lack of transparency and regular time and cost overruns on their projects. Our partnering approach that is focused on safe, timely project delivery is a refreshing alternative providing Chilworth with continuing repeat business.
