At Chilworth, we started the business to challenge the way projects are conceived, developed and constructed.  Our vision is to work in a construction industry that always puts the project first.

We have done this.  Chilworth’s transparent, hassle-free, cost effective approach gives a quality of project delivery that is enjoyable for the whole team involved.

We focus on providing professional construction consultancy, quantity surveying, construction management and principal contractor services

Our services can be provided on a lump sum fixed-fee basis.

Consulting

CCM provides professional consultancy services throughout the life cycle of projects.

We provide quantity surveying, cost planning, contract strategies, procurement services, buildability advice, value engineering, dispute resolution and client project management services.

From pre-construction, pre-FEED, FEED through construction, commissioning and takeover, CCM’s support will enable a project management plan with robust budgets and project schedules to be established and managed to ensure project success.

Construction
Management

CCM’s experienced site-based team will manage the project construction process on our clients behalf, from notice to proceed through to construction completion. Our construction management team, supported by our off-site resources, manages procurement, construction, programme schedules, sequencing, interfaces, costs, H&S, site logistics and quality.

Principal
Contractor

We are experienced Principal Contractor’s on projects managing all CDM Regulation requirements. This includes the provision, responsibility and management of:

  • H&S protocols and procedures
  • Construction phase plans
  • Site waste management plans
  • Site set-up, site accommodation, logistics, security and general site preliminaries
