| In the current economic climate the Funding of Construction Projects remains difficult. However, Chilworth's Lending partners are still requesting details of creative Schemes. Although Lenders are being more selective, funding is still available for the right Scheme. Chilworth look to review all funding options, not just the traditional High Street Bank routes, and look to investigate both Institutional and Private Investor sources of funding. |

| Chilworth look to submit Property Development proposals to their Lending Institution partners. The preferred approach is to submit Schemes on a Construction Management basis, as it is felt this provides greater benefits to the Developer and Funder over the traditional Main Contractor approach. |

| Chilworth work with large Lending Institutions, Secondary Lenders and also with Accountants to identify Tax Efficient Schemes that would be attractive to Private Investors. In the current economic climate creative funding Schemes are required, this is the focus of Chilworth's efforts. |
