Chilworth was formed by three very experienced Construction Directors. It was their belief that an alternative approach to Construction projects could be used, which avoids the traditional confrontation between Clients and Main Contractors. The Directors also believe the Chilworth approach can provide Clients, Developers and Contractors with an alternative means of sourcing individuals or teams to manage Construction projects. |

| The Chilworth service covers UK Construction Projects from £50k to £50m build cost in the Education, Leisure, Health, Commercial, Industrial & Residential sectors. Chilworth provide personnel on a contract basis to cover project management, quantity surveying, design management, site management, financial management and bid management tasks. |

The Directors of Chilworth are members of the following professional bodies: Chartered Institute of Building; Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The Directors have previous Main Contractor experience with: Bilfinger Berger; Jarvis; Miller construction; Morgan Ashurst; Warings; and, Christiani Neilson. |
